Customized Foam

1.Choose your case
Firstly, choose the case you need. The MOQ exists if you need customize foam, and please contact our sales manager for specified quantity.

2.Provide your request for the foam material and foam cut
PU, EVA, EPE, EPS, XPE and other materials are available. Our sales will advise the suitable material according to your product. Please provide drawings like CAD file or draft drawing for the foam after the confirmation of material. We can also help design the drawing if you can mail your products to us.

3.Confirm drawing
Accurate foam drawing will be designed as your request and sent to you for confirmation.

4.Confirm sample
One or several samples can be processed firstly for your confirmation. If it meets your expectations, we will begin production.

5.Foam processing
We will begin production of customized foams and cases once the sample is confirmed.

6.Quality control
The production is under the control to ensure the quality is consistent. The aim of our strict file control process is to meet your expectations.

7.End product
The accessories will be delivered to assembly department for assembly. The products will be packaged after inspection and sent to you.
